Teambuilding for crisis teams

Can you be sure that your crisis team will work effectively, under pressure, over a sustained period of time? Our team building sessions have been designed to ensure it will.

Good leadership and effective teamwork are at the heart of successful crisis management. But, team working under intense pressure is very different to working together on every-day tasks and, typically, the staff assigned to the crisis team do not work together at all during 'peace time'.

Regester Larkin's teambuilding sessions are designed to help you overcome this challenge.

Tailored to the seniority and function of the specific team, this course covers the characteristics of high-performance teams and, through psychometric tools, helps individual team members understand how they work in groups.

It concludes with a choice of exercises - from outdoor pursuits to business games - to provide teams with an opportunity to practice working together under pressure and, where necessary, get to know each other. All exercises are observed and filmed, with feedback provided by experienced facilitators used to working with teams in high-pressure situations.
