Issues management and crisis management best practice workshops

Whatever your issues or crisis management objectives, Regester Larkin's best practice seminars are designed to help you get the necessary understanding and buy-in across your organisation.

Whether you are kicking off a programme of work, establishing a new regime or seeking to educate people within your organisation, our seminars on issues and crisis management are designed to guide participants through current best practice procedures, systems, techniques and strategies, to ensure you are fully prepared to deal with whatever your business could face.

Crisis management best practice examines the processes, roles and responsibilities required for organisations to respond effectively to a major crisis. We discuss appropriate escalation procedures, how to train teams of people to manage media interviews, respond to calls from the press, relatives of employees and local communities, and the skills required of the crisis team leader and how teams can best work together.

Issues management best practice workshops advise organisations on how to horizon scan for potential reputational risks and develop mitigating strategies in advance of the risk emerging. Working with participants, we examine their organisations external environment for risks such as regulatory changes, shifts in societal expectations and NGO activism and then work with them to review and develop planned activities to manage the risks which present the biggest danger.

Workshops are tailored to your requirements and can focus on crises, issues, or both. Sessions are usually between two and four hours in duration, and can be as generic or interactive as you require.
