Owen Jarrett MBE, Associate Director, Emergency Response
Owen is an emergency response and crisis management expert. He has assisted many clients in developing preparedness plans and procedures whilst designing and delivering bespoke training programmes. He has particular experience of safety management systems; health, safety and security; command and control; and the practical application of the current legislation governing such issues.
Prior to becoming an emergency response and crisis management consultant in 2000, Owen spent more than 30 years in the Royal Navy. He was awarded a MBE in the 1999/2000 New Years Honours List for services to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and in particular for services to foreign navies and their students.
